Hip new hotel in a historic area next to Plaza Mayor, Spain and historic center. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.- Pleasant views from our well-appointed room.

The beds in my opinion very comfortable, and I emphasize in my opinion, the soundproofing with respect to the street of 10, in general and for what we use the room, shower and sleep, was quite correct, very central two steps from the Plaza Mayo and Old Town, the staff very friendly and willing to help, we had a problem and we could solve it satisfactorily for both parties thanks to the good disposition of both, in other hotels tell you that this is what you have and run.
The bathrooms are a little neglected, the door seals were broken and swollen with the purpose of scrubbing the floor of the bathrooms and aesthetically is not very appropriate for a 4-star hotel, beware of triple rooms, which are not triple are double with extra bed and as you touch a room a little small and you are tall and strong chicarrones will be a little narrow. otherwise everything is fine.

The breakfast service is excellent: quality of products, variety, extensive schedule, cleaning. The dining room staff is very comfortable and has a quiet atmosphere, which is especially appreciated at breakfast time (it would improve the location of the bread toaster that, because it is very high, gives a great thermal radiation to the user's face, that is, it burns you).
arrival was not as we expected: in the reservation we had asked for an outside room with a double bed, they gave us an inside room with two beds; room was very punished (very used, walls a bit dirty, badly ventilated). We asked for change and they gave us an outside room on the first floor with two beds; one was better, safety box was not working and auxiliary furniture that contains the fridge was about to fall broken on the floor. beds do not have the quality of a 4 star with this cost per night (not good mattresses).

We had a great stay and we'd definitely come back 🌟. The rooms were impressive, offering stunning views, and the location was fantastic - everything a tourist could ask for was just a stone's throw away.

The hotel had a particularly good and perfect location very close to a Roman Catholic church. I have just spent 11 days in queen room with the bathroom and a jacuzzi plus the AC, and appreciated it.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The location gives easy access to the lod town and restaurants. Easy access to the underground carpark which is via a lift.
Only one comfortable chair which makes it uncomfortable for one of the double occupants.

The room was just like in the pictures, which was fantastic! It had all the essentials you need, like a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a safe for your stuff. The staff here were all super friendly and really went out of their way to help out. 👍

Its proximity to the old town and all its attractions and dining oportunities plus in house parking
we were not advised that the premier dining room required reservations, which meant we had to go elsewhere.

We stayed at the AH Agora during a trip to see the ancient town of Caceres. The hotel is modern and in an excellent location between the modern new town and the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful and even parked and retrieved our car from the underground car-park (pay-parking). Breakfast was good. We didn't take any other meals in the hotel; lots of restaurants in the nearby Plaza Mayor.
A couple of English language TV news channels would be a bonus.

Well placed hotel for seeing old town of Caceres. Parking is in a municipal car park (quite expensive) but that was the only down-side to this 4* hotel.
